Regularly stocked non-furniture merchandise may be returned or exchanged for any reason within 90 days of purchase. Customer receipt or proof of purchase is required for a refund.
Catalog & Web Non-Furniture Returns
All catalog and web purchases are shipped with a return packing label, packing slip and instructions for return. If no return label is available, please include your packing slip or order number and customer name in your return shipment. A refund or credit will be issued upon receipt of your return into our center.

Custom Furniture Returns
Customers are asked to measure their entry ways and access points from curb to in-home placement prior to order placement to avoid delivery problems later.
Custom furniture orders are custom-made upon order, therefore they are non cancellable (24 hours after order the order is placed), non-returnable, and non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects or damages.
Special order merchandise is custom made upon order and is non-returnable and non-refundable.
Refunds generally appear on your credit card statement in one to two billing periods. Since all our online orders require credit cards as the method of payment, your refunds will take the form of a credit back to the same card used to make the original purchase.
Berry Creek reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policies at any time.
